I offer three coaching programmes. Each one is an educational process which facilitates the achievement of your goals. Tailored to your individual needs, my programmes help you understand food and what your body needs in order to thrive, teach you about structured training and ultimately empower you to execute everything you have learned long after we part ways.

ELEVATE
ELEVATE is the ultimate, comprehensive programme for those who want to transform their health, fitness and wellbeing. This programme provides structure and accountability for both your training and nutrition. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve your relationship with food and exercise, or work on your confidence; ELEVATE will set you up with the tools you need to achieve maintainable results, for the rest of your life.
STEP ONE: CONSULTATION

Fill out a detailed consultation form

This step allows me to meet you and gather as much information as possible, so that I can truly understand your needs. You will have the opportunity to explain how you feel, and why you need my help. I can then begin the process of designing your bespoke training and nutrition programme.
STEP TWO: ONBOARDING WEEK (WEEK ONE)
Check out the training videos, handy guides and three original recipe books I provide
Track your food intake using MyFitnessPal, working towards your targets
Start to train according to your personalised plan

We use Onboarding Week to test things out. This is your time to get used to the new structure. During this week we can refine meals and food choices, check you're hitting targets consistently and ensure you're comfortable with your new training plan.
STEP THREE: WEEKLY CHECK-IN
Complete your coaching tracker, entering required data (nutrition numbers, lifestyle markers, training numbers)
Upload body measurements
Upload progress photos
Submit your weekly check-in form

At the end of each week I will analyse the data you have provided and record video feedback for you, taking into consideration any conversations we have had and additional support you've needed. The feedback may include nutritional and training changes, but also allows me to provide emotional and technical guidance if needed. This feedback will remain on Google Drive for you to access and review at any time.
STEP FOUR: MAINTAIN
Now it's your time to shine.

I support my clients for as long as you need me, but ultimately it's your hard work and dedication that will bring you success. Once you have completed the programme, you'll be fully equipped to maintain a stronger, healthier lifestyle.
COST AND DURATION
The ELEVATE Programme runs for a minimum of 12 weeks. This is the time commitment required to ensure we see significant results, although many clients like to extend their coaching past this point.

The programme costs £50 per week.
Payments are taken monthly.

NOURISH
NOURISH is your ideal programme if you need help reshaping your nutritional habits. Some clients find that life gets too busy to consistently make the best food choices. Some need guidance with their eating to complement their fitness regime. Perhaps you're looking to lose weight or tackle fatigue. No matter the reason, NOURISH will set you up for a healthier way of life.

EVOLVE is a training-focused programme, designed to educate and motivate you to achieve your strength and fitness goals. During this programme you'll get to grips with resistance training, learn how to improve your body composition and work towards a physique that's healthy for you.
